Description of the equipment, as provided project:
Helpful front: 4,000 mm;
Useful height: 2,100 mm;
Useful depth: 500 mm;
General Technical Data
Exhaust capacity: 18,000 m³ / h, provided that the hood is correctly built and balanced.
Engine power: 2 to 3 HP three-phase 4P;
Filtering specific for liquid painting processes.
Filters
Primary filter: Use filter type inertial filter Kraft;
Secondary Filter: Use filter glass fiber or similar;
Lung filter: filter synthetic fiber or glass fiber.
Basic design of equipment
Structure in galvanized sheet, folded and bolted together;
Exhaust fan in painted carbon steel.
Detailed design to be sent
Will be sent to the buyer, detailed design of all parts relevant to the construction of 01 spray booth with dry filters, according to specifications, as follows:
PDF files with technical drawings of each piece;
Blanks in DXF parts to be subjected to cutting and bending;
PDF files with technical drawings of set designs;
PDF files with three-dimensional views of the equipment itself;
List in excel of the quantities of parts required for building;
Orientation to the buyer on the equipment construction mode.
